DISTANCE We will be using the exact same course as the. State Championships. The surface will be a mixture of soft and hard dirt, grass, asphalt and hills -5,000 meters.

Varsity limited to seven (7) runners. All other races are unlimited. You must declare your TOP 7 in all races for scoring purposes.

DIVISIONAL STRUCTURE Please, we must have your FOUR YEAR enrollment figure on your entry forms. Three year schools, please add one third to your total. All male or all female schools should double your enrollment figure. All enrollments will be compared to your 1999 CBEDS figure!

The first 60 entries received (with entry fee included) will be guaranteed entry into the meet. All other entries will be on a stand-by basis only. You may call CHS after September 27th for confirmation. Teams will be ranked on their enrollment and approximately one half of the field will be entered in each race.

AWARDS CUSTOM MEDALS IN ALL DIVISIONS:

HIGH SCHOOL VARSITY:

  • Asics bag will be given to the winner of each race.
  • Medals to seven members of the top team
  • Medals to the top twenty-five individuals

FROSH/SOPH/JV - BOYS AND GIRLS:

  • Asics bag will be given to the winner of each race.
  • Medals to seven members of the top team
  • Medals to the top twenty individuals.
  • Plaques to top three teams in all divisions.

Each runner will receive a souvenir custom designed race number.

ENTRIES

MUST BE RECEIVED by Tuesday, September 26,2000! Since some schools entered last year and then did not participate they denied other teams a chance to compete, and because of this, we must insist that your entries include your entry fee! Personal checks will be accepted. Late entries will be accepted only on a space available basis, and must include a $25.00 late fee. No refunds after October 2, 2000.

Entries may be FAXED. Our FAX number is 559-327-1010. (FAXED entries must include a photo copy of the check which you are mailing that day.)
