August 26, 2000 - Meeting of the Marauders @ Hoffman Park
Junior Nick DeFelice led 36 Marauder harriers across the finish line in the annual Meeting of the Marauders at Hoffman Park. Three runners broke 15:00, a feat not accomplished on the course since 1997. Frank Medina's 15:03 makes him the fastest #4 man in the last four years. Freshman John Withol served notice he will be a contender with a 16:20 in eighth place, also the fastest freshman in four years. Racing in training flats and in his first cross country race, Stephen Vargas was the first sophomore and sixth overall in 15:30. 1997-99 results
