Freshmen should turn them in to the Main Office by August

scheduled in the SLC on Tuesday, August 10th. Returning athletes
who cant make the August 10th physical will need to pick
up a form in the Main Office and have it completed by their

on August 16th.
Athletes
must have returned a signed syllabus
which explains the goals of the program and some of the risks
involved in our sport.
Athletes

card on file.
Those who drive or car-pool to meets will need to complete a

We need parent volunteers at Delta League meets to help
with timing, handing out finish sticks, taking name tags in
the finish chute, etc. If you can help, please let us know.
The dates and times are listed on the Sign Off page of the athletes
